We built a fleet-analysis agent that replaced a 4-person reporting team and cut the operational review cycle from three days to fifteen minutes.
The challenge
The problem
Lintas Group ran a fleet of 200+ vehicles across Java and Sumatra. Every week, four people spent three full days pulling data from five systems, formatting it into spreadsheets, and emailing a summary to leadership. By the time it landed, the data was two days old. Route efficiency, driver performance, and fuel costs were all being managed on stale numbers. The team knew it was broken. They had no time to fix it.
What we built
How we solved it
We mapped the reporting workflow in week one. The data lived in three places: a GPS platform, an internal ERP, and a fuel management system that exported CSVs by email. Week two we connected all three into a single pipeline. Week three we built the fleet-analysis agent: it runs at 6am every day, pulls the latest numbers, flags the top 10 anomalies across the fleet, and sends a plain-language summary to leadership on WhatsApp and email. The four people who built the old report now use this one to act on it.
The results
What happened after
The three-day report now runs in 15 minutes. Leadership reads the summary before 7am. The four people who built it were moved to route planning and customer operations. Fuel cost per kilometer dropped 12% in the first quarter because problems surfaced within 24 hours instead of a week. The engagement paid for itself in under two months.
